Addison Taylor,

Background:

Addison was born and raised in Elk Ridge, Utah, and spends much of their time engaged in outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, and fishing. He also values spending time with friends and family, along with pursuing a variety of other hobbies.

Education and Work Experience:

Addison has attended Utah Valley University since 2020, where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology as well as a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which he expects to complete in the summer of 2027. Additionally, he has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for the past three and a half years, supporting the therapeutic process for individuals with autism. 

Therapy Approach:

Addison enjoys working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and groups. He has experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of Adlerian therapy to support client growth and development. Addison is committed to continually expanding his knowledge and adapting his approach to better meet the needs of his clients.
