Brittany Archibald,
MFT Student

Background:

Brittany was born and raised in north Texas. Seven years ago Brittany moved with her family to Springville, and absolutely loves living here. Along with her husband and 5 kids, Brittany can often be found running, hiking, skiing, or camping in the mountains. Aside from the outdoors, Brittany enjoys cooking, reading, watching sports, and lazing about while witnessing and loving the chaos of raising 4 boys and a girl.

Education and Work Experience:

Brittany received her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Marriage, Family and Human Development, as well as History. After 15 years of motherhood and years of working with and mentoring youth Brittany decided to go back to school and is currently working on her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at UMASS Global University.

Therapy Approach:

Brittany takes a client centered and led approach to therapy as they are the only true experts on their lives. Brittany is committed to building a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe and respected as we work together through the hard and dark times of life. Brittany uses an integration of different evidence-based approaches to guide individuals to healing.
