Background:
Kaylee loves spending time with her wonderful little family. She was born and raised on a farm, loves the outdoors, and finds herself outdoors often. She is passionate about helping the people in her small community. She loves sports and in her free time loves playing softball and volleyball.
Education and Work Experience:
Kaylee received her Associates degree from Snow College and loved the atmosphere there. She had a college instructor that was passionate about mental health ant that is where her journey started. She then attended the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and went on to get her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah as well. She has worked in a variety of settings including educational, administrative and clinical.
Therapy Approach:
Kaylee believes in building strong rapport and relationships with her clients. She enjoys meeting the client where they are and being a companion in their journey. She utilizes CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, MI and other techniques. She understands the importance of being a listening ear and creating a safe space.
