Background:
Kelly is a born-and-raised sun-seeker from Chandler, Arizona. She lived in Costa Rica and hawaii from 2017 to 2022, sparking her deep love for culture and making lasting friendships with people from all over the world. She finds joy in Spending time with Family and friends and visiting the ocean when possible. In her free time, Kelly is found listening to music, watercolor, painting, skiing, hiking, climbing, camping, and anything that allows her to enjoy the outdoors.
Education and Work Experience:
Kelly graduated from BYU-Hawaii with a B.S. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology. She gained experience working at a residential treatment center for adolescents and enjoyed helping them practice life skills, and build confidence and healthy relationships. She also ran DBT and exposure therapy groups at an intensive outpatient program for individuals dealing with OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, phobias, and body dysmorphia. She will complete her Master's degree for Marriage and Family Therapy at Utah State University in May of 2025

She loves helping couples, families, and individuals resolve conflicts and find greater connection. Kelly strives to make her clients feel understood throughout their journey towards healing while finding patience with themselves. Kelly hopes to help others feel confident in their own identity and personal values. She seeks to help people recognize the tools they have within themselves to make lasting changes and create a life worth living. She also values warmth, humor, and hope in the therapeutic process.
