Background:
Lauren grew up in a military family & lived in many different states across the U.S. including Florida, Wyoming, Alabama, and Nebraska. She moved to Utah in 2019 & now calls it home. In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading, hiking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Education and Work Experience:
Lauren completed a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah State University in 2022, and she received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024 from Utah Valley University.

Lauren believes the therapeutic relationship is essential to healing and growth. She strives to create a safe & accepting space for her clients to explore their inner experiences. She takes a collaborative approach with the belief that each client is the expert on their life. Lauren helps clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and values with curiosity and compassion to empower them to navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and resilience. Lauren welcomes individuals of all backgrounds & identities and is committed to creating an inclusive and affirming therapeutic space.
