Background:
Bob is a lifelong Utah County resident who lives there with his wife, three children, three energetic dogs, and a small flock of chickens. An avid outdoorsman, he values time spent traveling and creating meaningful experiences with his family. Outside of work Bob enjoys ATVs, motorcycles, classic cars, and a good cup of coffee. He takes great pride in his long-standing commitment to helping others, both professionally and in his personal life.
Education and Work Experience:
Bob holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Ashford University and is currently completing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. With more than 22 years of service as a civil servant, he takes great pride in his long-standing commitment to helping, supporting, and advocating for others.

Bob's therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. He works collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and challenge unhelpful thought patters while fostering acceptance and psychological flexibility. With a strong emphasis on building and strengthening relationships, Bob helps clients cultivate self-compassion, improve communication, and align their actions with personal values. His approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to each individual, creating a safe and respectful environment where meaningful change and connection can occur.
