Therapy Approach:
I recognize that coming to therapy requires a lot of courage. It is my goal to create a safe space to help provide the relief, healing, and resources you are searching for. I believe in a collaborative approach in which I can provide psychoeducation, skills, a listening ear and observations, while the client chooses if or how they want to utilize those resources. FOr children and adolescents, I especially like to integrate playful experiences when possible, utilizing games and art to practice skills and creative opportunites for expression. I believe in kindness and working together to find solutions that you believe will be most helpful to you.
