Tim relies on several systemic therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Among those, the Narrative approach is Tim’s favorite because it focuses on the stories of our lives and how we can embrace them or rewrite them in ways that help us find happiness. Tim strives to bring creative methods into therapy that can help clients challenge themselves and find new ways to overcome their trials in life.
