Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy ss a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential setting. It can help you better understand and work through personal challenges, improve your relationships, and make lasting positive changes in your life. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), to help you develop coping skills and strategies to manage your symptoms.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy is a therapeutic, supportive, and an appropriately challenging space for you to work on the challenges and symptoms you face. Some groups are support-based and psychoeducational (support groups, themed groups, mother's group, etc.), some are supportive and experiential-focused (body image, kids social and emotional art group, etc.), and others are designed to be supportive and promote interpersonal growth (general process groups). In each of our groups you will have two group therapists and approximately 5 to 12 members
