Cedar City

Cedar City is a hidden gem in the southwestern United States, offering a unique blend of natural wonders and cultural richness. Situated in close proximity to national parks, including Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, the area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Visitors and residents can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the breathtaking red rock formations that have made this region famous. The city is also home to Southern Utah University, a thriving educational institution known for its performing arts programs. Despite its many virtues, Cedar City, like many communities, grapples with mental health needs. The stresses of modern life, economic challenges, and the isolation brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic have taken a toll on the well-being of individuals in this area. Dusty Hone, our Clinical Director in Cedar City, grew up in the area, and he has a deep commitment to resolving the challenges and struggles faced by individuals, family, and the community.

About Cedar City

Our Cedar City clinic opened doors in September of 2023. We are excited to work near, and regularly collaborate with, the incredible Nurse Practitioners at the Cedar Valley Medical Clinic! We currently have two Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT’s) who see children, teens, adults, couples, and family’s. It is important for us to advocate for the mental health needs of the community. We serve on multiple committees, boards, and service groups and are excited to be in Iron County for years to come!
